Women receive less in early-stage capital than men. Yet, startups founded by women, generally deliver over two times per dollar invested than those founded by men.

Her Royal Highness Queen Máxima opened the Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2019 with an empowering statement and set the tone for the rest of the summit: it’s time for change and that time is now. With the official launch of the F€mpower Your Growth program by The Next Women and FMO on behalf of all stakeholders: Rabobank – ING – ABN Amro – Better Future, we’re not only talking the talk – but walking the walk. “The Future Now”, this year’s theme of the GES and F€mpower Your Growth is an excellent example of this. June 19 is the official starting date and we’re kicking it off with 29 ambitious female entrepreneurs and 29 committed bankers.

The third and last day of 
The Global Entrepreneurship Summit GES 2019 #GES2019 was closed in a festive way with the Mind the Gap panel moderated by Simone Brummelhuis with panelists Mona Keijzer, Adepeju Jaiyeoba, Nitin Rai & Kristina Perkin Davison, followed by a power lunch where over 140 women gathered to discuss the Golden Tips for Women Entrepreneurship.
