Diana is the Managing Director of ETACC: 'The European Training and Coaching Company', working with clients based in Europe, America and the UK.

Diana works together with other carefully selected trainers to deliver ETACC’s wide range of high quality training courses and one-on-one coaching programmes. Her specialization is in topics such as public speaking, motivational speeches, persuasion and negotiation skills; as well as cross-cultural business skills and international leadership skills. Her programmes are delivered in English, French, German and Dutch. 

In 2011 Diana qualified as a Trait Emotional Intelligence practitioner, gaining certification from Ei World in conjunction with the London Psychometric Laboratory. 

As well as having trained more than 1,500 professionals in 15 different countries worldwide, Diana has coached over 100 senior managers and directors during executive one-on-one coaching sessions. 

Diana has over 20 years of international experience in senior management positions in the international training divisions of multi-national corporations. Starting her career with the Estee Lauder Group, Diana successfully managed sales and training teams in Europe and the Middle East.

Subsequently, Diana ran Gucci/ Yves Saint-Laurent’s training and development department for all the English-speaking regions of the world. In this London-based role, Diana was responsible for the organizational alignment of these regions and the implementation of a consistent training culture. The highly successful tailor-made client care programme which she created was subsequently deployed throughout the whole organisation. 

Diana also has experience in the aviation industry, where for Air Partner PLC she created from scratch their global learning and development division, the Air Partner Academy.  The Academy provides dedicated training and coaching at all levels for all employees of Air Partner PLC – from administrative to director level.
