Britt Hogue spent over a decade developing and implementing business and operational strategies in the financial services sector, climbing the corporate ladder from a research analyst at JPMorgan Chase to managing a global division at Thomson Reuters of over 400 employees across eight countries.
In 2012, she formed The Collective Good LLC, a consultancy that helps cause-based organizations establish organizational structure and reach program goals through metrics-driven planning and execution. Britt leverages her own expertise and cross-industry best practices to increase outcomes in the social sector. She recently shifted the focus of her firm to the development of an information-technology platform that will equip program managers and policy makers in the education space with connected data sets and collaboration tools to inform their work and encourage collective impact.
She refers to her career crossover from finance to the world of social entrepreneurship as a means of finding the “real return” in her life’s work.
