Being a mentee Next Women mentoring programme has helped me focus on what is important, when launching a new online product. When you are committed to deadlines you have to focus, as it is easy to get distracted on the not so important things. I now have a proper financial projection plan, an intern to help with digital marketing and strategy, and help with clarifying our product offering and messaging from a highly experienced and focused mentor who owned her own advertising agency. I don't think any of this would have happened without Katarina.
My 3 month mentoring programme with Esra Young went really well. Thank you for putting me in contact with her. She perfectly fitted the brief of what I was looking for in a mentor. The mentoring programme has helped me to make significant progress in setting up a clothing brand for tall women. I feel there is a real benefit in having regular meetings over a period of time, rather than utilising that time in one long session.
I will definitely consider using the mentoring programme again in the future.
