Mentoring

Overview

The NextWomen Advice Programme is aimed at sharing the knowledge and experience of our network’s experts, The NextAdvisers with the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders. The Programme is available in 3 monthly or quarterly packages (from £ 200-1200) to The NextWomen readers and members.

Advice: More than a free mentoring coffee

The NextWomen reaches over 50,000 women through our networks and community. We’ve held many small and big Kitchen Dinners, many Pitch events, numerous networking events and a number of targeted workshops. At each event we have addressed women leading, founding and investing in online tech and business startups, and yet 1000s of you have approached us (and our speakers) for a coffee or breakfast and some advice.

Initially we launched our ever-popular Kitchen Dinner Series to provide women with the opportunity to find this advice in relaxed surroundings.  After the success of our dinners we began to think more about a structured mentoring programme, whereby as many of you as possible could benefit in the best way possible with packages tailored specifically to your needs.

We have invited some great advisers onboard who are all excited to be able to offer their time and experience to provide this advice. We’ve proposed a payment scheme that’s symbolic for the advisers – several of which have already committed to donating their fees to (soon to be incorporated) The NextWomen Foundation – solely to firm up a committment on both sides.

We look forward to receiving your applications for our programme that will eventually expand not only in to other European countries, but through the Foundation to those areas to date that are lacking in such initiatives.

Who Can Apply?

Anyone can apply for the Advice programme, however, you will be carefully selected and matched to NextAdvisers by The NextWomen. We will make every effort to place you with the most relevant NextAdviser, but as the NextAdvisers are very busy professionals, they reserve the right to accept or decline you. Because of this your application may not necessarily result in your enrolment in The NextWomen Advice programme.
