Igniting A Gentle Revolution: Pioneers For Change Fellowship

Women’s influence is expanding and as more women develop businesses, products and services, many have a deep desire to contribute to making a difference and creating sustainable, positive change.

Supporting the central role women play in influencing and shaping society, a new fellowship focused on elevating the social impact of influential women (and men) is launching this November.

Pioneers for Change actively seeks to gather a community of international wealth holders and inheritors, entrepreneurs, investors, senior executives, career changers and talented thinkers and do-ers.

The Fellowship is an independent and trusted space for creative exploration, dynamic dialogue and solution-orientated approaches for creating and progressing social impact.

Diana Verde Nieto, CEO and Founder, Positive LuxuryPioneers for Change brings together speakers who have an ambitious vision of what a better future looks like and will inspire and challenge in equal measure.

Diana Verdi Nieto, CEO and Founder of Positive Luxury, brings a wealth of experience that she will share with the Pioneers community. Diana leads the sustainability and social good movement by certifying companies with the Butterfly Mark, indicating the company’s efforts to minimise their environmental impact whilst maximising their social impact. Born in Argentina under a dictatorship, Diana understands the power of inspiring communities such as Pioneers for Change.

As she puts it: "It's great to be part of such an innovative programme to help change-makers achieve positive social impact. I'm thrilled to be able to equip, connect and support those individuals who want to leave this world a better place." 

As more women are starting businesses or taking leadership roles, the Fellowship offers a community of brilliant, likeminded individuals from around the world – representing a myriad of sectors, cultures and generations - the beauty of which can provide a rich resource of inspiration, motivation and on-going support, that is highly valued in a society where women are changing stereotypes, influencing the next generation and seeking to achieve profit with purpose. 

The Fellowship offers a 2-day residential in London, and 6 months of awe inspiring personal and professional development through one-to-one executive coaching and mentoring, to empower Fellows to fully embrace their potential.

Supported by talented and remarkable innovators and leaders who are committed to moving our world, and Pioneers for Change Fellows, forward, Mentors are engaged from an international community and provide virtual support over the course of 6 months.

There is a rising consciousness that successful families and individuals can make a huge difference when their energies and resources are channelled in the right direction. 

Through mentoring with Pioneers for Change, I am hoping to be able to assist someone with this sort of aspiration, help them to hone their vision for the change they would like to affect and support them through translating this into a reality.”

She adds that, “Pioneers for Change is particularly innovative because there is an emphasis on both theory and practice, learning and action. There are lots of conferences about social impact investing, philanthropy and other related areas but very few programmes which actually provide the leadership, tools and on-going support to help people move from idea generation to implementation.”
