Danae Ringlemann, Sheila Marcelo & Cindy Gallop to Speak at Web Summit 2013

We are happy to be media partner of Web Summit 2013, a global gathering of the world's leading thinkers and doers in technology, taking place on October 30th - 31st in Dublin.

The Summit is not just for the planet's leading startups and technology companies, but for all businesses, large and small, who are being impacted by new technologies.

This year over 7,000 attendees will make the trip from all corners of the globe to hear from over 300 speakers across dozens of stages, workshops and roundtables catered to every sector.

This year’s speakers include some of The NextWomen's fantastic previous interviewees, such as Danae Ringelmann, co-founder of Indiegogo and one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Technology; Cindy Gallop, Founder and CEO of Cindy Gallop LLC and IfWeRanTheWorld and Shelia Marcelo, Founder and CEO of Care.com, the largest online care destination in the world.

Other speakers include: Aaron Levie, 27-year-old founder and CEO of cloud storage startup Box; Tony Fadell, the founder of Nest, the world’s first learning thermostat; serial entrepreneur and investor Mark Suster; 500 Startups founder Dave McClure; Paypal President David Marcus; Google Ventures Partner Kevin Rose; Gilt CEO Michelle Peluso; as well as Skype founder Niklas Zennstrom and Palantir founder Joe Lonsdale.

This year, as the Summit expands into a festival of ideas it will also add 50 workshops hosted by General Assembly. These hands-on classes will cover topics in Technology, Business, and Design. The workshops are a unique opportunity, giving attendees front row access to an intimate environment, learning first-hand from some of Europe's top Web Developers, UX Designers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Digital Marketers, and Entrepreneurs.

We're really excited about this year's event and hope to see you there!

Tickets for the Web Summit are available from the event’s website.
