Spotlight on Tech Entrepreneurs: Kate Ho, MD Interface3

Last month's Inspire Conference brought together some of the most brilliant minds in Technology, Creativity and Entrepreneurship from across the world.

The NextWomen's Project Manager Elizabeth Ging was there and met with several leading female tech founders and executives, including Kate Ho, MD Interface3. Interface3 work with education content providers, design agencies and brands to produce fun, informative, multi-user games and applications.

Here's what Kate had to say:

Q: What stage is the company at?

A: The company is 18 months from launch

Q: What is your advice for other female entrepreneurs?

A: I started in finance and changed to education so my advice would to be open-minded about where you could add the most value.

Q: Are there any immediate needs for the company?
A: I need mentors to help bring the company to next level and an expanding team who have experience on team balance.
