Here's what Mary had to say:

Q: What inspires you?
A: I find my team inspiring as I work closely with a collection of talented and smart people.

Q: What’s your top tip for female entrepreneurs?
A: I recommend that they have some kind of background in the field they are seeking to work in. I have a technology background which has really helped me to talk business and understand what others are speaking about. Also by having that background, I have the credibility to walk into any situation and speak their language.

Q: If you were given the opportunity, what would you do differently?
A: I would do absolutely nothing different.
