Last month's Inspire Conference brought together some of the most brilliant minds in Technology, Creativity and Entrepreneurship from across the world.

The NextWomen's Project Manager Elizabeth Ging was there and met with several leading female tech founders and executives, including Margaret Gold, Co-founder The Mobile Collective, a community platform for the collaborative development of mobile applications, products & services

Here's what Margaret had to say.

Q: What stage is the company at?

A: Mobile Collective is at a very early, pre-launch stage.

Q: What would you have done differently or earlier, given the opportunity?

A: I would’ve liked to have spent more time on the website and had it polished early on because first impressions are essential.

Q: Are there any immediate needs for the company?
A: I need a web developer to work with instead of working with agencies.
