She says: "Another idea that deserves attention is empowering women entrepreneurs to grow their businesses." In the article she says that to help women-owned businesses grow and create jobs, we need to improve their access in three key areas currently not being met:
- access to capital,
- the global supply chain and
- business networks that can help them scale.
