Are you a TheFuture 100 Young Ethical Entrepreneur?
It's deadline time to apply or nominate for The Future 100 awards, which recognises the achievements of entrepreneurs under 35, who are running a business in the UK with a social and environmental impact.
The competition is organised by Striding Out, itself with founder and social entrepreneur at the helm, Heather Wilkinson, and part of the global entrepreneurship week 2009. The idea is to form a future 100 companies list for socially responsible and ethical businesses, as well as to raise the profile of and to support this new generation of leaders who are paving the way in sustainable business.
In practice, this means the companies are provided with media and PR training, exclusive networking opportunities, business coaching, training and professional mentoring support. The first exclusive networking event will be in London on Social Entrepreneurship Day with sponsors, guest speakers and the other finalists.
Competition deadline to apply for the Future100Awards is November 5th.
Last year among the Future100 of 2008 were Sally Broom of YourSafePlanet, Nadia Finer of MoretoLifethanShoes and many other female entrepreneurs under 35.

Great to see the Next Women
Great to see the Next Women supporting Future 100. I'd recommend Next Women members put in an application as the benefits to winners are really useful
