The most popular foodblogger of The Netherlands, Karin Luiten, talks in She, the Dutch internet programme of Blueshots, about her foodmedia imperium, Koken met Karin (Cooking with Karin). Started 3 years ago, Luiten and a bunch of freelancers have produced award winning websites with currently 50.000 visitors, 2 receipe books, columns in national newspapers and a series of workshops. She has the ambition to get, just like Jamie, 150 employees and is on her way to launching her TV programme, but is not yet willing to disclose the ins and outs thereof.
